GO VEGAN-ISH.
Today was the beginning of my month plus vegan-ish diet.
Here’re the stats:
1. Vegetation only, as much as reasonably possible being raw.
2. Water and green tea only
3. No salt or butter. Pepper, olive oil & vinegar for salads.
4. This is not to save the critters, it’s for health and investigative purposes only.
5. The diet ends next time I give blood on March 19th. the point is to see what my blood pressure has dropped to. That’s it.
